Bookolo Channel Manager sends the set prices, restrictions and availability immediately with each change to all connected OTAs. All created reservations, their changes and cancellations are automatically recorded in the PMS. In Bookolo, you also have the option to simply suspend sales on the selected OTA for the selected date, at the same time you can define your sales preference.

Is it possible to set different prices for different OTA channels in Bookolo Channel Manager?

Yes - Bookolo Channel Manager offers several configuration options.

Is it possible to close a sale only on the selected OTA channel?

Yes, it is possible to set the Bookolo Channel Manager to close a selected OTA on selected dates. 

What data does Bookolo Channel Manager send to OTA channels?

Data transmission varies according to the capabilities of each OTAs. However, the basic principle is to send prices for fixed beds, current availability and restrictions for defined room types. 

What restrictions does Bookolo support?

Minimum and maximum length of stay, Open/Closed for arrival and departure, Open/Closed for sale, Minimum and Maximum offset. 

Is it still possible to manage availability in the OTA extranet after connecting to Channel Manager?

This option is not available because the availability and sending of other data is managed and fully automated by  Channel Manager. 

In what currency are prices sent to OTAs?

The currency is based on the currency set on the OTA portal. However, an exception is Booking.com, which always accepts prices in EUR only. 

Which exchange rate does Channel Manager work with?

Channel Manager works with the current exchange rate. It is not possible to set the prices sent according to a fixed exchange rate. 

Does Bookolo Channel Manager also offer sales statistics on OTAs?

As part of Bookolo's administration, detailed statistics are available, including data from OTAs. 

Is it possible to use Channel Manager as an individual module?

Yes - Bookolo Channel Manager can also be used on its own. It just depends on the client's preference. However, using it together with the Bookolo Booking Engine guarantees full automation of the sales process and makes your online service more efficient. 

Which OTAs can be connected to Bookolo Channel Manager?

Bookolo Channel Manager has a wide range of supported OTAs, which can be found in the Connectivity section of the website. The renge is constantly expanding with new partners.
